Each booking requires a deposit, this is non-refundable if the appointment is a no-show or cancelled up to 48hrs in advance.
Your appointment will not be guaranteed until the deposit is paid.

WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE?

We understand that sometimes plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please let us know at least 48 hours in advance. Doing so will allow us to refund your deposit in full. However, if you cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice or do not attend your appointment, the deposit will be forfeited.

WHY WE “CHARGE” FOR CONSULTATIONS?

At CONTOUR our priority is to provide you with the highest quality non-surgical aesthetic treatments for the face and body. To ensure that we can offer the best service and manage our time effectively, we have introduced a deposit policy for consultations and appointments.


HOW DOES IT WORK?

The Consultation Fee is £20 – THIS IS REFUNDED BACK TO YOU. The main reason we require the deposit is that it guarantees that time slot for you so nobody else can take it, this is DEDUCTED off any treatment cost.

DEPOSITS

To secure your appointment you will be asked for a £20 or £50 deposit depending on the treatment(s.)

Your appointment will not be guaranteed until the deposit is paid.

If you would like to change your appointment date or time, please notify us at least 48 hours before or you will lose your deposit, to secure another booking will need to pay another.

HOW CAN I PAY A DEPOSIT?

Payments are made via our secure link which we will email/ text you at the time of booking if you have booked through a staff member directly.

Alternatively if you book yourself on the system you will be prompted to pay there. This needs paying prior to your time slot – not on the day. 

All clients wishing to have Aesthetics treatments including injectables, lash treatments or laser must be 18+.

Courses and packages must be completed within 4 months of purchase.


WHY IS THE DEPOSIT NECESSARY?

  • Unfortunately, we have observed that clients who do not pay a deposit are more likely to miss their appointments without prior notice. These no-shows have a significant negative impact on our clinic, as they waste valuable time/ products that could have been dedicated to other clients in need of our services.
  • Our business cannot survive on just “hoping” people will just show up.
  • By requiring a deposit, we can better manage our schedule and ensure that our time and resources are used efficiently.


WHAT ARE YOU PAYING FOR?

  • Combined, we have over 20 years of industry, treatment, and technology knowledge. This wealth of experience ensures that you receive the highest standard of care and expertise during your consultation. This is the value that people are paying for when they book a consultation with us.

REFUND POLICY

We aim to manage our clients expectations realistically in terms of results across all of our treatments. We have a fantastic history of 5* reviews and great reputation alongside impressive before and after pictures.

However we understand some clients may not be completely satisfied and we promise to deal with this accordingly and in line with our refund policy.

  • We do not offer full refunds for any completed treatment or combination of treatments.
  • We cannot guarantee our aftercare advice has been followed once your treatment(s) is complete.
  • Courses and packages must be completed within 4 months of purchase.

GIFT VOUCHER POLICY

  • We offer a 6 month period on all gift vouchers. This will be explained at the time of purchase and an expiry date will be written on the voucher for you.
  • The voucher may not be redeemed after this time period has elapsed – there are no exceptions to this.
  • Vouchers are not exchangeable for cash.
  • There are no refunds on vouchers after 48hrs of purchase.
  • Some treatments require patch testing or consultations, please bear this in mind and get in touch if you have any questions.
  • If your appointment is a no-show (not attended or less than 24hrs notice given) £10 will be deducted off your voucher total.
  • If you have any queries, please get in touch, we are here to help.

*Please do not turn up with cash, the clinic is not open 24/7 and when we are open; we are in treatment with clients so cannot leave the treatment/ room during. We want to avoid people showing up during our closed hours to save you a wasted trip! We can also keep better track of your payments/ appointments on our online system.
